Job description Civil Senior Site Engineer – Interior, Finishing & Waterproofing Qualifications & Experience • Diploma or B.E. in Civil Engineering / B.Tech • 6-8 years of relevant field experience in interior finishing and waterproofing projects. • Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) • Ability to interpret d finishing drawings/specification • Location – Noida 150 • Salary 40k to 45k. Interior & Finishing • Supervise and inspect finishing works including tiling, flooring (tiles, marble), painting, partitions, false ceilings. • Ensure quality of workmanship as per specifications and design intent. • Track material arrivals, storage, consumption, and waste reduction. Waterproofing • Coordinate and supervise execution of waterproofing systems (liquid membranes, sheet systems, injection grouting) on-site • Inspect for leaks, oversee defect rectification, conduct quality checks and documentation Site Coordination & Reporting • Collaborate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to align tasks • Monitor daily progress, identify delays, and implement corrective actions • Prepare and submit daily/weekly progress reports, updated toward handover and management review. Soft Skills • Excellent communicator, with ability to work with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and team members • Strong problem-solving skills to address site issues promptly • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively Working Conditions • Full-time, on-site role; frequent coordination with multiple stakeholders
