Site Civil Engineer

About Us:
Jai Mata Di & Company is a leading Solar EPC and infrastructure company executing large-scale energy and civil construction projects across India. We are looking for an experienced Civil Engineer to oversee and manage road and building construction works for our ongoing and upcoming infrastructure projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and supervise road and building construction works as per approved drawings and specifications.
• Ensure quality control, adherence to safety standards, and timely completion of works.
• Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Prepare work schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.
• Inspect construction materials and workmanship to ensure compliance with standards.
• Resolve technical issues at the site and provide effective solutions.
• Liaise with project management for resource planning and site requirements.

Qualifications:

• B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in road and building construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction techniques, quality control, and safety practices.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Office.
• Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple activities simultaneously.
• Willingness to travel to project sites as required.

Salary & Benefits:

• ₹35,000 – ₹55,000 per month (based on experience) + project-based incentives.
