Job Description: We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Civil Site Engineer to manage and oversee construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, excellent project management skills, and a keen eye for detail. As a Civil Site Engineer at Merit League, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage on-site construction activities. Ensure projects are executed according to design specifications and quality standards. Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies. Resolve any issues or delays on-site promptly. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field. Civil Site Engineer with 3-6 years of experience. Candidate should have good communication skill in regional language Tamil and English. Candidate should have experience and willingness in Civil Site Engineering Construction projects. Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations. Proficiency in project delivery management and client handling.
