Job Description

As a Site Administrator (Site Admin) in the Operations department reporting to the ZOM, your role involves various key responsibilities: - HR & Compliance Support: - Coordinate with Plant HR to ensure proper implementation of labor laws and statutory compliance (e.g., ESIC, PF, UAN, etc.). - Maintain accurate and timely HR documentation and statutory records. - Assist in audits and inspections related to labor compliance. - Administrative Management: - Manage site-level administrative tasks, including handling of employee records, documentation, ID cards, and onboarding. - Ensure accurate tagging of employees in Secure Time data. - Facilitate smooth documentation flow between the site and head office. - Attendance & Workforce Management: - Monitor and maintain attendance systems; reduce duplication and errors. - Coordinate manpower tagging and entry/exit data. - Provide support to operations in workforce tracking and deployment planning. - Onboarding & Exit Formalities: - Support the onboarding process by collecting and verifying documents, and conducting initial orientation. - Ensure timely offboarding procedures and clearance documentation. - Engagement & Culture: - Plan and execute employee engagement activities to promote team morale. - Assist HR in handling grievance redressal at the site level. - Reporting & Documentation: - Prepare and submit timely reports on attendance, documentation, compliance, and other metrics to the Head Office. - Ensure all account-related submissions (e.g., invoices, attendance sheets, etc.) are accurate and on time. Key Skills & Competencies required for this role include: - Knowledge of labor laws and statutory compliance requirements. - Strong organizational and documentation skills. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word). - Attention to detail and ability to work independently. - Good communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to manage confidential information with discretion. Qualifications needed for this position: - Bachelors degree in any field. - 2-4 years of experience in site admin or plant HR support roles. - Experience in a manufacturing, construction, or infrastructure environment is preferred.,
