Site Administration Department – Job Description
Objective:
To manage and supervise all administrative operations at project sites, ensuring smooth functioning, proper documentation, and coordination with all related departments.
Key Responsibilities:
-Oversee day-to-day site administration including housekeeping, security, and basic facilities.
-Maintain labor attendance, gate entries, and daily admin reports.
-Coordinate with Construction, Procurement, and HR teams for site requirements.
-Ensure readiness and compliance at working and proposed sites.
-Maintain proper documentation for mobilization, ongoing work, and site closure.
-Liaise with local authorities, contractors, and vendors as required.
-Support audits, inspections, and safety compliance at sites.
Site Categories:
Working Sites: Active projects
Proposed Sites: Under planning or mobilization
Completed Sites: Documentation and closure
Non-Commercial Sites: Internal maintenance or housing colonies
Skills Required:
-Graduate with 3–5 years of experience in site or construction administration.
-Strong coordination, reporting, and record-keeping skills.
-Working knowledge of MS Office and statutory compliance basics.
Reporting To: Head (HR & Admin)
Salary 15-20k excluding travelling.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
