As a Health and Wellness Coach, you'll work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement, develop personalized coaching plans, and provide ongoing support and guidance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Stress Management Coaching : Help clients identify and manage stress triggers, develop coping strategies, and improve overall well-being. 2. Sleep Improvement Coaching : Work with clients to improve sleep quality, duration, and consistency, and develop healthy sleep habits. 3.
