Job Description: Hammonds Flycatcher is seeking a dedicated and experienced E-commerce Specialist to oversee our presence on various marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and Ajio, as well as manage our own website built on Shopify. Responsibilities: Order processing (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio) Manage product listings, including content creation, optimization, and updates across multiple e-commerce platforms. Monitor and analyze marketplace performance metrics, sales data, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve product visibility, and enhance brand presence on each platform. Coordinate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns, product launches, and advertising efforts. Ensure inventory levels are accurately maintained, and collaborate with the operations team to fulfill orders in a timely manner. Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive brand image. Stay updated on industry trends, platform policies, and best practices to optimize e-commerce operations. Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify potential opportunities and threats. Requirements: A Bachelor's degree is preferred. 2-3 years of proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the retail or fashion industry. Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Ajio. Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach. The Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
