Key Expectations:- 10+ years of Siebel CRM experience and at least 5+ years of CRM Design expertise in Telecom. Ability to understand the business requirements and convert them into a system designs of various functional modules like Customer Management, Sales, Order management, Assurance, Contract and partner & territory management. Perform the gap analysis between new business requirements and as-is functionalities. Possess good understanding on Siebel system architecture and have good knowledge on Telecom domain and CRM domain knowledge. Have good knowledge and hands-on experience on various Siebel technical areas like Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Integration, Order. Management workflow, RTEs, Open UI etc. Ability to model and design the new services launched by business with shorter TTM. Experienced Siebel order management, with strong knowledge of data migration Siebel upgrade knowledge and working experience in Rodod stack and order management. Should hold excellent communication and presentation Good experience in Agile methodology (Scrum Framework) Key Responsibilities:- Designing, help developing, and help maintaining Siebel CRM applications Collaborating with cross-functional teams Translating the business requirements to best design keeping in mind the design principals. Working directly with customers on new implementations, migrations, and run/maintain projects Working in multiple technologies and upskilling regularly Coordinating escalated support cases and leading problem resolution
