Position Summary

We are seeking a highly proficient Siddha Physician (BSMS/MD) to join our interdisciplinary clinical team. The ideal candidate is deeply rooted in Siddha principles and able to integrate them into modern longevity, metabolic optimization, and preventive health frameworks. This role supports the development of Siddha Medicine based programs tailored to healthy aging, chronic disease prevention, and patient-specific healthy aging protocols.

Key Responsibilities

Siddha-Based Clinical Care

• Perform classical Siddha Medicine specific assessments:
• Naadi Pariksha
• Udal Thathukkal evaluation
• Uyir & Udal functional interpretation
• Mukkuttram imbalance mapping
• Ennvagai Thervugal
• Passion to learn and integrate Siddha diagnostic findings with modern biomarkers, performance diagnostics, and aging indicators.
• Develop personalized Siddha treatment plans
• Lifestyle restructuring aligned with daily/seasonal rhythms
• Guidance on Varmam therapy, yoga, and mind–body interventions (within scope)

Protocol Development & Integration

• Collaborate in designing Siddha-based longevity pathways such as:
• Detoxification and purification regimens
• Metabolic reset and gut–liver programs
• Pain & musculoskeletal pathways (Varmam insight)
• Men’s & women’s vitality optimization programs
• Work with physiotherapy, nutrition, psychology, and lifestyle physician teams for cohesive care.

Patient Experience & Communication

• Deliver a refined, premium clinical experience with sensitivity and cultural alignment.
• Explain Siddha concepts in a modern, accessible language to diverse patients.
• Engage patients with structured follow-ups, progress monitoring, and education.

Operations & Documentation

• Maintain accurate EHR records and care plans.
• Support clinical audits, SOP development, and patient workflow enhancement.

Qualifications

• BSMS (Bachelor of Siddha Medicine & Surgery) or MD Siddha
• Valid registration with the Tamil Nadu Siddha Medical Council
• 2–5 years of clinical experience in Siddha practice (integrative, lifestyle, or preventive care experience preferred).
• Strong command of classical Siddha literature and applied diagnostics.
• Ability to integrate traditional Siddha reasoning with modern health insights.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Tamil.
• High degree of empathy, refinement, and patient-centered professionalism.
• Familiarity with EHR systems and multidisciplinary clinical environments.
