Showroom Sales Manager EV Two-Wheeler (Company-Owned Store)

Experience:

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking dynamic Store Managers to lead our EV two-wheeler dealerships in Kolhapur and Ichalkaranji. This is a turnaround role requiring a proven track record in improving store performance, driving sales, and building high-performing teams. This role requires hands-on execution as well as the ability to identify gaps, recommend corrective actions, and work closely with the Regional Manager on store improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Achieve monthly sales targets and drive revenue growth • Lead, motivate, and manage sales team to exceed KPIs • Implement performance-based incentive and monitoring systems • Develop and execute sales strategies to improve store performance • Monitor competition and adapt tactics accordingly • Manage daily operations, inventory, and showroom standards • Build customer relationships and ensure excellent service • Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics • Handle customer complaints and ensure satisfaction
