Job Description

Showroom Sales Executives

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and assist customers, providing expert guidance on our silver jewellery collections.
Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products.
Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, designs, and manufacturing processes.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and address concerns promptly.
Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and secure.
Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
Coordinate with manufacturing and design teams to stay updated on new launches and promotions.
Maintain showroom cleanliness and overall presentation.
Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to management.

Ability to learn and retain detailed product information.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with POS systems.
