We are seeking dynamic and customer-focused Showroom Sales Executives to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewellery, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and be driven to achieve sales targets while ensuring a premium customer experience. Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist customers, providing expert guidance on our silver jewellery collections. Identify customer needs and preferences to recommend appropriate products. Maintain comprehensive knowledge of product features, designs, and manufacturing processes. Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets. Handle customer inquiries, provide product demonstrations, and address concerns promptly. Ensure showroom displays are attractive, organized, and secure. Process sales transactions accurately through the POS system. Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business. Coordinate with manufacturing and design teams to stay updated on new launches and promotions. Maintain showroom cleanliness and overall presentation. Prepare and submit daily sales reports and customer feedback to management. Skills & Attributes: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Sales-driven mindset with a customer-centric approach.
