Job Description

Job Title / Designation

Job Location

Greet and assist walk-in customers, understand their needs, and provide suitable product recommendations.
Demonstrate products, explain features/benefits, and ensure excellent customer experience.
Handle billing, sales transactions, and basic documentation on computer systems.
Maintain product displays, stock arrangements, and showroom upkeep.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall showroom performance.
Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure repeat business.

Desired Candidate Profile

Good English communication skills.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, email, etc.).
Experience:
2 - 5 years
in sales / customer service.
Qualification:
Undergraduate / Graduate
