Maintain customer records and follow up to ensure repeat business. Desired Candidate Profile Good English communication skills. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, billing software, email, etc.). Experience: 2 - 5 years in sales / customer service. Qualification: Undergraduate / Graduate . Candidates from any sales industry are welcome (training will be provided).
