Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities of a Sales Executive1. Customer Engagement & Sales

  • Greet customers professionally and understand their requirements.
  • Present products, features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
  • Provide personalised product recommendations based on customer needs.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets assigned by the company.
  • Prepare and submit quotations to customers when required.

2. Product Knowledge

  • Maintain deep knowledge of all product categories, specifications, materials, and pricing.
  • Stay updated on new arrivals, promotions, and offers.
  • Educate customers about after-sales services, warranties, and delivery timelines.

3. Showroom Management

  • Ensure the display area is clean, organised, and well-presented.
  • Coordinate with the housekeeping and visual merchandising team for product arrangement.
  • Monitor stock levels on the floor and request replenishment when required.

4. Customer Follow-Up

  • Maintain follow-up calls/messages with potential leads.
  • Update customers on order status, delivery schedules, and pending confirmations.
  • Maintain a strong customer relationship for repeat business and referrals.

5. Coordination & Documentation

  • Prepare sales orders, invoices, and related documentation accurately.
  • Coordinate with accounts, delivery, and admin departments for smooth order processing.
  • Maintain daily sales reports and submit to the Sales Manager.

6. Problem Handling

  • Handle customer complaints politely and find solutions quickly.
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the manager for timely support.

7. Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with team members to achieve departmental sales goals.
  • Support colleagues during peak hours and assist in showroom events or promotions.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
