Job Description

Showroom Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering a high level of customer service.
Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations.
Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products.
Maintain showroom displays and ensure all products are neatly organized and presented.
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.
Ensure showroom is stocked, organized, and clean at all times.
Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and sales targets.
Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing.
Stay updated on the latest industry trends and new arrivals.
Support inventory management and assist in stock replenishment when needed.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation.
Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience in selling high-end or luxury products.
Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
Fluency in English and Hindi; knowledge of Kannada is a plus.
