Job Summary: We are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Furniture Sales & Design Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will combine your knowledge of interior design with strong sales skills to help customers find stylish, functional furniture solutions that meet their needs. You’ll work in our showroom, guiding clients through product selections, offering space planning advice, and ultimately helping them bring their vision to life. Key Responsibilities: Greet and engage customers, providing exceptional service throughout the sales process. Understand client needs and preferences through active listening and thoughtful questioning. Offer expert advice on furniture pieces, layout, color schemes, fabrics, and finishes. Prepare and present custom design proposals, mood boards, or floor plans when necessary. Maintain deep knowledge of all product lines, materials, and current trends in interior design. Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Follow up with clients post-sale to ensure satisfaction and nurture long-term relationships. Collaborate with the inventory and logistics teams to manage orders and deliveries. Keep the showroom clean, organized, and visually appealing. Qualifications: Proven experience in retail furniture sales and/or interior design. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to understand floor plans and measurements. If required visit to client place for Measurement. Preferred Qualifications: Degree or certification in Interior Design or a related field is a plus. Experience in high-end or custom furniture sales preferred. Strong organizational and time-management skills.

We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Showroom Sales Executive to join our team in HSR Layout, Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in retail sales or showroom sales. You will be responsible for engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and driving sales in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. Key Responsibilities: Greet and assist customers in the showroom, offering a high level of customer service. Understand customer needs and provide product recommendations. Achieve sales targets by upselling and cross-selling products. Maintain showroom displays and ensure all products are neatly organized and presented. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer queries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution. Ensure showroom is stocked, organized, and clean at all times. Collaborate with the team to meet store goals and sales targets. Maintain knowledge of product features, benefits, and pricing. Stay updated on the latest industry trends and new arrivals. Support inventory management and assist in stock replenishment when needed. Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience in showroom or retail sales. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Excellent problem-solving skills and customer service orientation. Proficiency in using POS systems and basic computer applications. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
