Key Responsibilities:

1. Meeting and Greeting:

  • Welcome customers in the showroom or field areas.
  • Introduce yourself and offer a business card.
  • Assist customers if the requested salesperson is unavailable.
  • Offer refreshments, child care, or guidance on other products and services if required.

2.Needs Analysis:

  • Observe customer interactions to identify requests, needs, and desires.
  • Use questioning techniques (open, target, and close-ended) to clarify requirements.
  • Record prospect details in the Prospect Card.
  • Recommend suitable products based on the needs analysis.

3.Product Demonstration:

  • Relate product features to customer benefits.
  • Provide proof of benefits through test drives, literature, or data.
  • Conduct static and dynamic demonstrations with professionalism and planned routes.
  • Discuss the experience with customers post-demonstration.

4.Presentation of Offer:

  • Present tailored offers matching customer needs.
  • Highlight additional packages (e.g., accessories).
  • Discuss and clarify terms and conditions, including promotional offers.

5.Handling Objections and Negotiations:

  • Focus arguments on customer benefits rather than price (value for money).
  • Escalate issues to the manager if a solution is unavailable.

6.Closing Sales:

  • Prepare all necessary documents.
  • Explain the sales contract and review details with the customer.
  • Obtain confirmation and finalize the sale.

7.Vehicle Delivery:

  • Inform internal teams about the delivery schedule.
  • Prepare vehicle delivery documentation and inspect the vehicle.
  • Confirm delivery time with the customer.
  • Present and explain vehicle features, celebrate the delivery, and obtain receipt acknowledgment.
  • Ensure payment is received and introduce the customer to the service advisor.

8.Post-Delivery Follow-Up and Relationship Building:

  • Schedule follow-ups after delivery (e.g., 3 hours, 3 days, 1 month, and every 6 months).
  • Collect feedback on the sales experience and document it in the e-dealer system.
  • Provide service reminders and promote company activities (e.g., product launches, sales campaigns).
  • Make cost-effective recommendations to build trust.
  • Maintain relationships through regular contact, event invitations, and personalized communication.

9.Customer Database Expansion:

  • Perform showroom duties and attend sales/marketing activities.
  • Actively prospect new customers via direct mailing, cold calls, visits, and referrals.
  • Use IT tools (e.g., Autoline) to track prospects and customers.
  • Engage in CRM activities like sending birthday/anniversary cards and maintaining records of walk-ins and inquiries.

10.E-Dealer Updates:

  • Enter prospect details into the e-dealer system within 24 hours of contact.
  • Update follow-up and test drive details within 48 hours.
