We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Associate to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in sales, particularly in high-end retail environments, and have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. This role involves engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions that enhance their shopping experience. The Sales Associate will also be responsible for maintaining store presentation and inventory management.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain features to enhance customer understanding.
• Utilize negotiation skills to close sales effectively while ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Assist with layout design and merchandising to create an appealing shopping environment.
• Upsell products by identifying opportunities to enhance customer purchases.
• Provide ongoing account management for repeat customers, ensuring their needs are met consistently.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain high standards of customer service.

Experience

• Previous experience in outside or inside sales is preferred, particularly in high-end environments.
• Experience in renovation, construction, or interior design can be beneficial.
• Strong communication skills are essential for effective customer interaction.
• Multilingual abilities are highly regarded, enhancing our ability to serve diverse clientele.
