The ideal candidate will possess deep industry knowledge, strong leadership capabilities, and a proven track record in managing field sales teams. This role is instrumental in driving revenue growth, enhancing team performance, and expanding the brand’s market presence. Key Responsibilities: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of 10+ Sales Executives across multiple districts Define, implement, and monitor sales strategies and team KPIs in line with business objectives Drive project-based and B2B sales for aluminium and uPVC window and door systems Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and institutional clients Oversee the quotation, negotiation, and order closure processes Ensure coordination across design, operations, and execution teams to deliver client satisfaction Regularly evaluate market trends, customer feedback, and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions Provide training, field support, and performance appraisals for the sales team Generate and present sales forecasts and performance reports to senior leadership Required Skills & Attributes: Minimum 7 years of overall sales experience with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial capacity Prior experience in the fenestration or building materials industry is highly preferred Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills Proven ability to manage and motivate a distributed sales team Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and reporting systems Strategic thinking combined with operational execution capability Willingness to travel within the state as required Why Join Alwindor?
