Job Description

As a dynamic and experienced Jewellery Showroom Manager, you will oversee and optimize showroom operations to ensure seamless retail management and exceptional customer service. Your responsibilities will include: - Overseeing the day-to-day operations of the jewellery showroom, implementing and maintaining standard operating procedures for optimal retail functioning, and monitoring store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall ambience to create an inviting customer experience. - Maintaining in-depth knowledge of jewellery products, trends, and market demand, ensuring accurate pricing, stock replenishment, and product display strategies, and coordinating with the inventory team to track stock movement. - Setting and achieving sales targets, monitoring customer preferences and market trends, training and motivating sales staff, handling escalated customer queries, and fostering strong relationships with VIP customers. - Recruiting, training, and managing showroom staff, conducting regular performance evaluations, providing constructive feedback, developing incentive programs, and ensuring team motivation. - Monitoring sales figures, operating costs, and profitability metrics, ensuring efficient cash handling, billing, and adherence to financial protocols, and working closely with the finance team to track expenses and control operational costs.
