Key Responsibilities: Supervise and manage all showroom staff, including sales executives, customer care, and support staff. Maintain stock inventory, display, and visual merchandising standards as per Bajaj brand guidelines. Coordinate with Bajaj Auto Ltd. for product updates, schemes, and promotional activities. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales, customer feedback, and operations. Ensure compliance with legal, safety, and operational policies and procedures. Train, mentor, and motivate team members to improve performance and career growth. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 4-6 years of experience in automotive sales, with at least 2 years in a managerial role. Strong leadership, communication, and customer relationship management skills. Knowledge of showroom operations and vehicle financing processes. Proficiency in MS Office and dealership management software (e.g., DMS/CRM). The ideal candidate should be energetic, customer-focused, and passionate about automobiles. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers and assist them in selecting the right Bajaj motorcycle based on their needs and preferences. Provide detailed product information, test ride assistance, and financing options. Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into successful sales. Maintain customer database and build long-term relationships for repeat business and referrals. Ensure the showroom is clean, well-organized, and stocked with promotional materials. Assist with daily reports, vehicle documentation, and delivery coordination. Support showroom events, promotions, and campaigns. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate or Diploma in any discipline (preferably in Sales or Marketing). 1-3 years of experience in retail sales; automotive sales experience preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of MS Office and customer management systems. Passion for motorcycles and willingness to learn technical details.
