The Ather Showroom Manager is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and an exceptional customer experience. The role involves managing the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets, maintaining high standards of showroom presentation, and ensuring strict adherence to company policies and brand guidelines. The manager must focus on providing a premium buying experience to every customer, handling inquiries, test rides, bookings, and deliveries efficiently while resolving any concerns with professionalism. They are also responsible for supervising staff performance, conducting training sessions, and maintaining a positive and motivated team environment. In addition, the role includes managing vehicle and accessory inventory, coordinating with the warehouse and head office for stock requirements, and ensuring accurate documentation and reporting of sales, leads, and financial transactions. The Showroom Manager should actively support marketing initiatives, local promotional activities, and community engagement to drive footfall and brand visibility. Overall, the position demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a customer-first approach to uphold Ather’s brand image and business goals.
