Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensuring smooth functioning and an inviting environment.
Greet and assist customers with a pleasant, professional attitude, maintaining a high standard of customer service.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and maintain excellent client relationships.
Ensure proper visual merchandising, product display, and cleanliness standards are maintained.
Handle customer queries, feedback, and concerns with poise and professionalism.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with inventory and logistics teams for replenishment.
Maintain accurate records of sales, customer data, and daily reports.
Implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance showroom footfall.
Train staff on product knowledge, grooming, and customer service etiquette.

Required Skills & Attributes:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sense of presentation, grooming, and etiquette.
Leadership ability with a positive and motivating approach.
Customer-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and manage operations efficiently.
Basic computer literacy (MS Office, POS software).

Qualification & Experience:

Graduate in any discipline (Business or Hospitality background preferred).
3 years to 6 years of experience in showroom or retail management, preferably in fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle products.
Proven track record in customer service and sales management.
