Employment Type: Full-time, work from office (Indore, Madhya Pradesh) Key Responsibilities: Client hosting & presentation: greet showroom visitors, understand their needs, present products/designs in a professional & compelling manner. Ensure excellent communication with clients and internal teams: follow-ups, presentation clarity, customer satisfaction. Maintain showroom operations: keep it welcoming, organized, support product display, assist with conversions. Collaborate with team members (sales staff/designers/operations) to ensure smooth client journey from first visit to closure. Good communication skills: both verbal and written, able to articulate product or design benefits, respond to client questions confidently. Requirements: Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Experience in client‐facing role (presentations, hosting, showroom or retail environment) preferred. Comfortable being based in-office (not remote). Professional attitude, presentable, confident in handling clients. Good teamwork skills, ability to liaise with internal staff and clients. (Optional: any education or background in retail / showroom / interior / design / sales will be an advantage.) Previous showroom environment or client-presentation experience is a plus.
