Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Showroom Manager located in Mumbai. The Showroom Manager will oversee daily operations of the showroom, ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction, and manage sales activities. Responsibilities include supervising staff, maintaining showroom standards, handling customer inquiries and complaints, and achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience skills
• Sales and Showroom Management experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• Experience in the automotive industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
