The manager is responsible for achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory, and implementing marketing strategies to enhance the showroom's performance. • Staff Management : Recruiting, training, and supervising showroom staff, including sales associates and other personnel. This includes scheduling, performance management, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Sales Management : Achieving sales targets, implementing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This may involve analyzing sales data, identifying areas for improvement, and motivating the sales team.
• Customer Service : Ensuring exceptional customer service, handling customer complaints, and resolving issues promptly. Building strong customer relationships and maintaining a customer-centric environment.
• Inventory Management : Maintaining accurate inventory records, managing stock levels, and ensuring proper display and organization of jewelry items. This includes conducting regular stock checks and coordinating with suppliers.
• Showroom Presentation : Maintaining a clean, well-organized, and visually appealing showroom. This includes ensuring proper lighting, display arrangements, and overall ambiance to enhance the customer experience.
• Marketing and Promotions : Coordinating marketing and promotional activities to drive sales and attract customers. This may involve developing marketing campaigns, participating in local events, and utilizing social media platforms.
