We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Showroom Manager to lead our jewellery retail outlet. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end showroom operations, team leadership, sales growth, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, train, schedule, and evaluate showroom staff
• Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer service
• Manage inventory and ensure timely replenishment
• Oversee visual merchandising and showroom presentation
• Handle daily operations including cash and policy adherence
• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a seamless experience
• Monitor expenses, prepare sales reports, and manage budgets
• Maintain showroom security and prevent pilferage
• Stay updated on jewellery industry trends and competitors

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Proven sales and team management record
• Experience in inventory control & visual merchandising
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
• Willingness to work flexible hours
• Preferred: Degree in any stream

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
