Showroom Manager

The job involves managing the retail experience centre efficiently to ensure that customer experience meets the standards set by the company. This includes maintaining 100% adherence to retail SOP, executing stock and sample audits in a timely manner, and upholding high standards of housekeeping and hygiene in the showroom. Visual merchandising standards are also to be maintained, while attending to customer queries and complaints. Daily responsibilities include reporting to the retail operations team, maintaining operation checklists, and supporting sales in order closure. Interaction with clients during showroom walk-throughs is also required. Job requirements include a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in a retail store, with at least 1 year as a store manager in retail. Preference is given to those with experience in the Furniture and Home Decor industry. Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Docs, Sheets, and Forms is necessary. A good understanding of Store Operations and SOP Management is expected. The Showroom Managers will work 6 days a week with Tuesday off. Please note that all showroom operations will be closed on Tuesdays.,
