Role Overview: As a Showroom Experience Manager in the Sales department at our retail location in Ahmedabad (Chandkheda, Vastrapur, Ashram Road), your primary focus will be on enhancing customer satisfaction and improving overall customer experience in the showroom. You will be responsible for various activities that contribute to creating a positive and engaging environment for our customers. Key Responsibilities: - Supervise shop opening procedures, cleanliness, housekeeping, display cleaning, and arrangement of products - Manage shop supplies including sales-related and non-sales related items - Handle shop petty expenses and vouchers efficiently - Oversee valet services to ensure smooth operations - Prepare reports on shop supplies, consumables, attendance, and other relevant aspects - Lead the team by supervising staff rotation, monitoring reporting time, and ensuring grooming standards are met - Perform conflict management and provide counseling to team members if needed - Focus on team building and maintaining team bonding for a harmonious work environment - Manage customer relations by welcoming customers, guiding them to the appropriate person, and addressing their needs promptly - Utilize client history in the system to anticipate customer demands and proactively offer solutions, products, and services - Encourage customers to leave Google reviews and address negative feedback effectively - Respond to clients, leads, and inquiries in a timely manner - Develop rapport with customers through engaging conversations during their wait times Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in a customer-facing role within a retail environment - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively - Excellent organizational and time management abilities - Problem-solving skills and conflict resolution capabilities Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with day shift schedule and requires in-person work at our showroom location in Ahmedabad.
