Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad for a Showroom Manager. The Showroom Manager will oversee the daily operations of the showroom, ensure outstanding customer service, and contribute to creating an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities include managing showroom staff, promoting sales, maintaining product displays, and addressing customer inquiries. The role also involves collaborating with sales teams to achieve targets and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Customer Experience to create and maintain excellent client relationships.
• Experience in Sales and Showroom management, with the ability to drive business performance and meet sales goals.
• Leadership and team management abilities to effectively oversee and motivate showroom staff.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in managing inventory, visual merchandising, and creating appealing product displays is a plus.
