Job Description:

Suri Triumph is looking for dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Sales Executives to join our premium motorcycle showroom. The ideal candidate should have a passion for motorcycles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and engage customers visiting the Triumph showroom.
  • Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable Triumph models.
  • Provide complete product information, features, and benefits.
  • Coordinate test rides, prepare quotations, and follow up on leads.
  • Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and deliveries.
  • Ensure the showroom is always presentable and customer-ready.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall dealership growth.

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confident, persuasive, and customer-friendly personality.
  • Passion for motorcycles and knowledge of the Triumph brand preferred.
  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office / CRM).
  • Prior experience in automobile or premium retail sales will be an advantage.

Position 2: Showroom Sales Manager

Location: Suri, West Bengal
Experience: Minimum 4–6 Years (Automobile Industry preferred)
Salary: Negotiable

Job Description:

Suri Triumph is seeking an experienced and result-oriented Showroom Sales Manager to lead the sales team and manage the daily operations of the Triumph showroom. The candidate should be a strong leader with proven sales expertise and a deep understanding of customer relationship management in the premium motorcycle segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies.
  • Monitor enquiry handling, follow-ups, and conversion ratios.
  • Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and uphold the Triumph brand experience.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training, and performance evaluations.
  • Coordinate with management for stock planning, campaigns, and events.
  • Maintain showroom standards, discipline, and operational excellence.

Required Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
  • Analytical mindset with focus on achieving results.
  • In-depth understanding of showroom operations and CRM systems.
