We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Showroom Executive (Female) to manage daily operations of our showroom. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, hands-on experience with Tally software, and basic accounting knowledge to assist with billing and record-keeping.
Greet and assist walk-in customers with product information and queries.
Manage showroom display, cleanliness, and overall presentation.
Handle billing, invoicing, and payment collection through Tally.
Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and daily cash flow.
Coordinate with the accounts department for purchase and sales entries.
Prepare daily sales reports and update stock inventory.
Handle customer follow-ups and post-sales service coordination.
Support in maintaining showroom documents and filing work.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Commerce / Business Administration or related field.
Proficiency in Tally ERP and MS Office (Excel, Word).
Good understanding of accounting entries and GST billing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality with a customer service mindset.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and work independently.
Attractive salary package (15,000 20,000 based on experience).
