As a Solution Specialist- Retail at our company, you will play a vital role in expanding our merchant network and engaging with merchants to provide them with practical solutions. Your responsibilities will include: - **Expand Merchant Network:** Acquire quality merchants to grow our merchant ecosystem. - **Merchant Engagement:** Visit merchants door-to-door to understand their challenges and needs and build a trusting relationship. - **Process Guardian:** Diligently follow our processes for acquiring and onboarding merchants, comply with our policies and procedures, fulfill necessary documentation, and report to sales management. - **Solution Crafting:** Utilize your product knowledge to create clear and practical solutions for merchants and explain them in a relatable manner. - **Prospecting and Closing Deals:** Identify potential merchants, follow up, and close deals. Look for opportunities to upsell. - **Market Awareness:** Stay updated on market trends and competition and share insights to improve our products. In this role, we require individuals with 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in frontline sales, preferably in Front Line Retail Sales in Fintech, Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, Solution Selling in IT and SAAS products, Quick Commerce, E-Commerce, FMCG, FMCD, or Telecom. Prior experience in POS Sales, Solution Selling, EMI Deals, Working Capital Loans is desirable but not necessary. Qualifications required for this role include being a Graduate or Post Graduate with an MBA in Marketing, Masters in Engineering/Commerce/Science, or BE/BTech.
