Role Overview

The Customer Service & Sales Executive will be the brand ambassador, ensuring a superior client experience while driving sales of luxury jewellery. This role demands strong interpersonal skills, refined customer handling, and a deep appreciation for luxury retail.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and engage clients with warmth, professionalism, and personalized attention.
Understand customer preferences and recommend suitable products that reflect their taste and lifestyle.
Ensure seamless sales transactions including billing, documentation, and after-sales services.
Achieve individual and store sales targets while maintaining the highest service standards.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through follow-ups, clienteling, and exclusive previews.
Handle customer concerns or complaints with empathy and swift resolution.
Collaborate with the showroom team to maintain product displays, inventory accuracy, and brand presentation.
Stay updated on jewellery collections, product knowledge, and industry trends.

Desired Candidate Profile

Experience:
In luxury retail, jewellery, watches, fashion, or hospitality.
Education:
Graduate / Postgraduate (specialization in sales, retail, or customer relations preferred).
Skills & Attributes:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Sales-driven with a flair for luxury customer service.
Polished grooming and etiquette befitting a luxury environment.
Ability to handle high-value clients with discretion and professionalism.
Fluency in English and regional languages; knowledge of foreign languages is an advantage.
