Showroom Consultant

You will be joining our team as a dynamic Consultant, responsible for offering expert advice and guidance to our clients to ensure their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Your duties will include providing exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing client needs, utilizing negotiation skills to reach mutually beneficial agreements, managing client accounts, and maintaining strong relationships. You will also be expected to offer expertise in renovation projects and stock management, assist in building client portfolios through strategic recommendations, operate cash registers accurately, implement upselling techniques, and communicate effectively with clients to convey information clearly. Additionally, you will be required to utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for transactions. To excel in this role, you should have proven experience in customer service and account management, the ability to negotiate effectively and close deals, knowledge of renovation processes and stock management, strong communication skills to interact with clients and team members, and proficiency in operating cash registers and POS systems. This is a full-time position that requires in-person work.,
