Showroom Consultant

As a Showroom Consultant, you will be the face of the SENBAGA experience, engaging with walk-in clients, offering tailored product guidance, and supporting their decision-making journey. This role demands sincerity, product awareness, and a passion for helping people build beautiful spaces.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome walk-in customers and understand their requirements

• Guide clients through product displays with clarity and attention to detail

• Share product features, benefits, and brand insights

• Coordinate with internal teams (billing, stock, dealers) to ensure smooth flow

• Maintain neat product presentation and update display sections as needed

• Assist visiting architects, designers, and dealer-referred clients with walkthroughs

• Prepare checklists or walkthrough notes for client reference and dealer support

Preferred Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English

• A natural, customer-friendly approach with confidence and calmness

• Passion for interiors, architecture, or home design (preferred)

• Prior showroom, retail, or customer service experience is an advantage

• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and sincere in follow-ups

• Basic computer or mobile proficiency (Excel, WhatsApp, CRM tools)
