Job Description

Good exposure in manufacturing technologies like Plastics, Sheet metal, Casting, Injection molding, forging and fabrication
Knowledge of Heat & Surface Treatments process/ costing
Should able to identify alternate manufacturing technologies and alternate materials.
Should be good at Optimizing the best manufacturing process techniques.
-Strong background in VAVE & bench marking.
Knowledge on conventional and CNC machines, manufacturing processes & time calculations.
Experience in product estimation and costing tools like DFMA & will be added advantage.
Carryout should costing and Design to Cost analysis for New Product Introduction (NPI) and Legacy
Recommend improvements to cost competitiveness
