The Short Video & Reels Content Creator will be responsible for:

• Content Strategy & Ideation:

  Brainstorming, developing, and pitching fresh, trending, and highly unique video concepts specifically tailored for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok, with the explicit goal of achieving viral reach and high engagement.

• Video Production:

  Taking ownership of the end-to-end video creation process, including scripting, storyboarding, shooting (if required), editing, adding graphics, text overlays, and selecting appropriate audio.

• Performance Optimization:

  Understanding and leveraging platform-specific algorithms, trends, and best practices to maximize video visibility, watch time, and shareability.

• Engagement & Growth:

  Consistently creating content designed to drive strong viewer engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves) and contribute to audience growth across all short-form video platforms.

• Target Achievement:

  Ensuring each video created aims for and achieves a minimum of 100,000 views, actively analyzing performance data to refine future content strategies.

• Brand Alignment:

  Ensuring all content aligns with L4RG's brand voice, values, and marketing objectives, effectively communicating our expertise in digital marketing and lead generation.

• Trend Monitoring:

  Staying continuously updated on the latest short-form video trends, challenges, and features to keep content relevant and cutting-edge.

• Collaboration:

  Working closely with the broader marketing team to integrate short video content into overall campaigns and amplify key messages.
