Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Executive

Location: Jodhpur

Shift Time: – 12:30PM – 9:30PM (Sunday off)

India Informatics is looking for a Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Executive to join our team in Jodhpur or Jaipur. If you have 2+ years of experience in managing Shopify product listings, optimizing catalogs, and ensuring precise inventory updates on a master product sheet, we want to hear from you. This role is crucial for maintaining our online store’s accuracy and appeal.

You’ll be responsible for creating and optimizing product listings, handling bulk uploads, and collaborating with design teams for compelling content.

Key Responsibility will be:

• Create, update, and optimize product listings on Shopify.
• Work on bulk uploads and manage product attributes like titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO.
• Maintain and update the Master Product Sheet regularly with accurate product data.
• Ensure timely addition of new SKUs, variants, and collections.
• Collaborate with the catalog and design teams to ensure listings have the correct product information and imagery.
• Perform periodic audits of the live catalog and rectify any inconsistencies.
• Update and manage product data across CRMs, ERP, and internal databases.
• Monitor inventory levels, flag low stock products, and ensure correct mapping with Shopify.
• Generate basic performance reports and assist in catalog health improvements.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, IT, Marketing, or related field.
• 2+ years of proven experience in managing Shopify product listings.
• Expertise in MS Excel (Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Filters, etc.).
• Experience working with CRM tools
• Strong understanding of e-commerce operations and product taxonomy.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data handling.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of SEO for e-commerce listings is a plus.
• Past work with Shopify Plus stores will be an added advantage.
