Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Executive

As a Shopify Product Listing & Catalog Executive at INDIA INFORMATICS, your role involves creating, updating, and optimizing product listings on Shopify. You will be responsible for managing product attributes such as titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and SEO. Your key tasks also include regularly updating the Master Product Sheet with accurate product data, adding new SKUs, variants, and collections in a timely manner, and coordinating with catalog and design teams to ensure accurate product information and imagery. Additionally, you will conduct periodic audits of the catalog to rectify any inconsistencies, update and manage product data across CRMs, ERP systems, and internal databases, monitor inventory levels, identify low stock products, and ensure proper mapping with Shopify. You will also be responsible for generating basic performance reports and supporting catalog health improvements. Qualifications required for this role include a minimum of 2 years of experience in managing Shopify product listings, proficiency in MS Excel including Pivot Tables, Data Validation, and Filters, experience working with CRM tools, and a strong understanding of eCommerce operations. You should have attention to detail and accuracy in data handling, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines, and knowledge of SEO for eCommerce listings is considered a plus. Preferably, you should have experience in fashion, lifestyle, home decor, or beauty product listings, previous work with Shopify Plus stores would be advantageous, and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce, IT, Marketing, or a related field.
