Job Title: Shopify Expert Mobile Apps (E-commerce)

Job Summary:

Shopify Expert with a focus on Mobile Applications

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, customize, and maintain mobile apps that integrate seamlessly with Shopify storefronts.
• Lead the development and deployment of mobile-first Shopify experiences (iOS/Android).
• Integrate third-party Shopify apps and APIs with mobile applications.
• Optimize Shopify mobile interfaces for performance, speed, and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, and product teams to align mobile UX with brand goals.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to app performance, checkout flows, and mobile responsiveness.
• Implement best practices for mobile app security and data protection.
• Analyze user behavior and metrics to improve mobile user experience and conversion rates.
• Stay updated with Shopify's latest features, Liquid code updates, and mobile app development trends.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with

  Shopify Plus

  and Shopify APIs (Admin, Storefront, etc.)
• Strong experience developing or managing

  Shopify-integrated mobile apps

  (native or hybrid)
• Proficiency in

  JavaScript, Liquid, React Native, Flutter

  , or other relevant frameworks
• Experience with

  mobile app builders for Shopify

  (e.g.,Tapcart, Vajro, Plobal Apps) is a plus
• Deep understanding of mobile UX/UI design principles and performance optimization
• Experience with headless commerce setups (e.g., Hydrogen + Oxygen) is an advantage
• Familiarity with REST/GraphQL APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver on tight deadlines
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Shopify certification(s) or equivalent portfolio demonstrating expertise
• Experience with e-commerce analytics tools (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Mixpanel, etc.)
