Job Title: Shopify Developer Experience Required: 3+ Years Location: Remote Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Shopify Developer with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and managing eCommerce websites on the Shopify platform. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of front-end technologies, Liquid templating, Shopify APIs, and be capable of delivering scalable, high-performing online stores. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain responsive Shopify themes and customizations. Create and implement custom features and functionalities using Shopify's Liquid templating language, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and third-party APIs. Optimize website performance and ensure SEO best practices. Integrate third-party apps and APIs, including payment gateways, shipping providers, and analytics tools. Collaborate with designers, marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution. Troubleshoot and resolve bugs and technical issues in a timely manner. Stay up-to-date with the latest eCommerce trends and Shopify platform updates. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Web Development, or a related field. Minimum 3 years of professional experience working with Shopify. Strong proficiency in Liquid, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery . Experience with Shopify APIs, custom apps, and theme development . Understanding of Shopify Plus and headless commerce (preferred). Familiarity with version control tools like Git . Knowledge of SEO principles , cross-browser compatibility, and responsive design. Experience with third-party integrations (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, Google Analytics, etc.). Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with React.js, Vue.js , or other front-end frameworks.
