We are seeking an experienced Shop Supervisor to manage our retail operations and ensure a high standard of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail management, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to drive sales while maintaining a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily shop operations and ensure efficient workflow.
Manage and train shop staff to deliver high-quality customer service.
Maintain inventory levels and ensure timely restocking of products.
Implement and enforce shop policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
Monitor sales performance and prepare reports for management.
Resolve customer complaints and provide effective solutions.

7-8 years of experience in retail or shop management.

Proficient in inventory management and sales reporting software.
Ability to analyze sales data and make informed decisions.

Knowledge of retail operations, merchandising, and visual displays.
