Guidewire Functional Tester: Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Guidewire Functional Tester with 18G years of experience in manual testing. The ideal candidate should have experience in designing and executing test cases across Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. This role involves understanding business requirements, preparing test scenarios, executing functional and integration tests, and reporting results. Key responsibilities: Analyze business requirements and translate them into detailed test cases and test scenarios. Execute functional, integration, and end-to-end test cases across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter. Log, track, and validate defects in coordination with developers and business analysts. Participate in requirement walkthroughs, test case reviews, and defect triages. Ensure test coverage aligns with acceptance criteria and user stories. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and timely delivery. Provide daily test execution updates and raise blockers proactively. Must have skills: 16 years of experience in functional testing, preferably in the insurance domain. Exposure to one or more modules of Guidewire InsuranceSuite (PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, or ClaimCenter). Experience in test design and execution based on business and functional requirements. Good understanding of insurance workflows such as policy issuance, billing cycles, and claims processing. Ability to write clear and concise test cases and document test results. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., JIRA, Zephyr, TestRail). Strong communication and collaboration skills.
