Job Title: Store Staff / Salesperson / Shop & Warehouse Handler Location: 7, Nand Vihar, Amrapali Marg, Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur- 302021 Job Type: Full-Time Salary: Between 8000-15000 ⸻ Job Summary: We are looking for a reliable, motivated, and organized individual to join our team as Store Staff. This is a multi-functional role involving shop handling, warehouse management, customer service, and packaging. You will play a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, maintaining stock, assisting customers, and preparing orders for dispatch. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Sales & Customer Interaction: • Greet and assist walk-in customers in the store • Help customers select products and answer queries about product details, prices, and offers • Manage point-of-sale (POS) operations, billing, and handling payments • Maintain a clean and organized display of products Shop & Inventory Management: • Monitor stock levels and report low or damaged inventory • Receive and inspect incoming stock deliveries • Label, organize, and store stock items properly • Replenish products on shelves and keep store tidy at all times Warehouse Management: • Organize stock in storage areas in a systematic and accessible manner • Keep track of goods movement in and out of the warehouse • Perform stock counts and assist in inventory audits Order Packing & Dispatch: • Pick and pack online orders accurately and efficiently • Ensure products are packed securely to avoid damage in transit • Generate and affix shipping labels, invoices, and documentation • Coordinate with courier partners for daily pickups ⸻ Requirements: • Minimum qualification: 10th pass / 12th pass (preferred) • Prior experience in retail, warehouse, or packing is a plus but not mandatory • Basic understanding of sales, billing, and inventory handling • Physically fit and able to lift moderate weights (up to 20 kg) • Comfortable using a smartphone or basic software/apps for billing or inventory • Honest, punctual, and committed to work • Must be a quick learner and adaptable to multi-tasking ⸻ Work Hours: 6 days a week, 11 AM to 7:30 PM ⸻ Benefits: • On-the-job training provided • Employee discounts • Opportunity to grow into a supervisor or manager role
