Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers in selecting aquarium products, fish, aquatic plants, accessories, and maintenance supplies. Product Knowledge: Provide accurate information and advice about fish care, aquarium setups, and product features. Sales: Actively promote products to meet customer needs and drive sales. Store Maintenance: Ensure the shop is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Aquarium Care: Support the care and maintenance of in-store aquariums, including feeding fish and checking water quality. Billing and Counter Management: Handle billing, operate the cash register/POS system, and process transactions accurately. Inventory Support: Assist in stock management, including restocking shelves and checking product availability. Teamwork: Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and maintain a positive work environment. Customer Service: Address customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally. Key Requirements:Minimum qualification: 10th/12th pass. Experience in retail sales preferred, but freshers can also apply. Interest in aquariums, fish care, or pet supplies is an advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Basic understanding of billing and POS systems (training can be provided). Willingness to maintain cleanliness and perform physical tasks like stocking.
