Shipping Clerk

We are seeking an Shipping Clerk in Fishers, IN. This is an on-site work position, and individual will be required to report into our Fishers office.

Under direct supervision, the Shipping Clerk handles the back-end processes that support the NSC in the
scanning and shipment of drug testing supplies. This role processes the daily shipments of chain of custody forms (COC) for donors to utilize when going to a clinic for testing. All chain of custody forms must be managed in a timely manner and completed by the end of each business day. Strong data entry, organization and office skills to support company goals and priorities are all key components of this role The ideal candidate has a customer-first mindset and aims to deliver high-quality service in every customer interaction.

Physical Requirements:
This role is largely sedentary in nature and involves sitting for long periods of time. The role requires the ability to hear and talk as well as to see data and adjust visual focus for computer and paper tasks, read, type, lift and/or carry equipment and files up to 20 pounds, walk, bend or stand as necessary.
