Role Summary

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Python Developer to join our team in Mumbai.We need an individual contributor with 3- 4 years of experience who can independently handle projects and also manage client interactions.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our logistics solutions, ensuring they meet both technical and business requirements.As a Python Developer, you will play a key role in shaping the backend systems that drive our logistics tech platform.Your contribution will directly impact shipment efficiency, customer satisfaction, and the future of logistics automation.This is a great opportunity for a proactive problem-solver who is ready to take on a challenging role in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend applications and APIs using Python (FastAPI/Django/Flask).
• Build and optimize microservices and RESTful APIs that integrate with multiple courier partners and client platforms.
• Collaborate with product managers, operations teams, and frontend developers to deliver scalable logistics solutions.
• Ensure system performance, reliability, and security in high-transaction environments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues with quick turnaround.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile ceremonies.
• Document technical processes and contribute to building a culture of engineering excellence.
  

Must-Have Skills

• 3- 4 years of professional experience in backend development with Python.
• Proficiency in Python frameworks (FastAPI preferred; Django/Flask acceptable).
• Hands-on experience with databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL/MongoDB).
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, integrations, and microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced Skills :
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Exposure to Agile/DevOps workflows.
• Experience in the logistics, SaaS, or e-commerce domain .
