The Commercial Manager position is available at a ship repair shipyard located in Kochi, Kerala. As the Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, pricing, and contract negotiations to drive growth and profitability. Your role will require you to possess strong commercial acumen, industry knowledge, and the ability to collaborate effectively with the operations team for successful project execution. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing client relationships, pricing strategies, and contract negotiations. You will work closely with the operations department to ensure seamless project execution and timely invoicing and tendering processes. To be successful in this role, you must hold a degree in Mechanical Engineering and have prior experience in commercial roles within the ship repair or shipbuilding industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential, along with a solid understanding of ship repair processes and shipping markets. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during day shifts, and fluency in Hindi is required. The job location is in person at the shipyard in Kochi.
